Psychotherapy for Adults, Couples, Parents and Children in California.

I work within a psychodynamic, relational framework. My clinical experiences have been supporting:

overwhelmed parents navigate issues around attachment and separation, emotional outbursts and ongoing negotiations of privacy and trust with their child;

children who are struggling to manage intense anxieties, using the language of play to work through emotional and physical dysregulation;

adults, including couples who are transitioning into different life stages and experiencing the ripple effects of overwhelming change and relational demands.

I offer a space for people who feel in-between; artists, immigrants, child of immigrants, or individuals who have fulfilled social demands of achievement on the outside but is often left feeling adrift inside. I especially welcome those who feel disconnected, sometimes to their bodies, other times to their social environment, limiting themselves to ways that leave them feeling depleted and alone. I specialise in working with adults and children who have a tendency to withdraw into themselves. I am trained to listen deeply. I will challenge you with honesty, at other times with playfulness and humour.
